Hi! My name is Lynn Call,
I have been a teacher at Verda Elementary since August 2007. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades in my 15 years at VES. I was raised in this community and attended Verda Elementary, the former Montgomery Gaines Junior High, and Montgomery High School. I completed my education at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. I absolutely love our small school and the closeness we all share with our students and community. It is a wonderful place to teach and send your children to school.
My husband, Kimber, and I live in Montgomery. My daughter, Dani, graduated from Verda Elementary and now attends Montgomery High School. My sons, Rhett and Jackson, currently attend Verda Elementary. I enjoy seeing my personal children and my school children everyday! I have many ties to this community, and I want to see all of my current and former students be successful in whatever they put their mind to. I enjoy going to the high school sporting events to watch all of those former students do what they love. You can usually find me shuffling my kids from cheer to basketball or t-ball to karate. I look forward to seeing new smiling faces each year!
