Verda Elementary

Hello! 

My name is Karla Higginbotham, and I teach kindergarten at Verda Elementary.  This will be my nineteenth year to teach.  Kindergarten is such an exciting grade!  This year your child will learn to read, write, add and subtract but most importantly have fun!  

 

I have been married to my husband John for eighteen years.  We have two daughters, Emily and 

Ella.  We also have three cats and 1 puppy.  I love to spend time with my family.  My motto is to be the teacher that I would want my own children to have.
