My name is Hannah Carter and I am a 4th Grade teacher at Verda Elementary! I am 35 years old and have a wonderful husband of 17 years (Greg) and two amazing children (Logan & Cara). We also have 4 dogs (Max, Miles, Teddy, & Fluffy). I love spending

time with my family and my favorite hobby is

reading!

I graduated from Montgomery High in 2004 and

graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in General

Studies at Louisiana State University at Alexandria

in 2008. I received my Certification in Elementary

Education Grades 1-5 from Northwestern State

University in May of 2019.

I love being a part of VES! I grew up at VES, and

I am thrilled to be able to work at the school that

I call home. I love working with children and

seeing them grow daily!
